I should say that their flower arrangements are on of the best in the market. But their customer service is CRAP! I've been trying to contact the manager for 48 hours now regarding my order which was cancelled although PayPay charged me on my account. Every time I talk to a customer representative, They keep me on hold for more that 30 minutes until the connection is lost. They always tell me to wait while they contact the manager, but 30 minutes of waiting is unacceptable and rude. I never learned my lesson. I should have use another flower delivery services.

In those days we had problems with Internet and many email messages were received with delay by us. Now all is fixed and we promise that you will not have to wait so long again.
