    I have been ordering flowers with your company so many times for more than a year. and always everything was perfect and awesome. But NOT THIS TIME!!!! it was horrible!!! operators claimed they called my mom for delivery few times and she didn't have missed calls. and the last time she did saw a missed call, so she immediately had called back. And guess what - the operator said that the reached the flower delivery service, and after my mom said her name they told her it was no delivery for her and they dialed the wrong number. later my mom called again!! and they told her that yes, she has a delivery and earlier the operator was wrong!!! as a result - DELIVERY WASNT MADE ON THE SCHEDULED DATE (WHICH WAS VERY IMPORTANT). was made instead next day on the very inconvenient time. disappointing.
