If you are planning to give an amazing gift to the ones you love , if you want it to come on the right day , if you want to send exactly what you spend lot of time to chose and you liked, if you want also to send a nice letter to that person, so DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE they wont get any of this. However if you dont love the persone you want to send the flowers to so yes go ahead, they know how to let them know this ..... I did not get the flower i chose, not the day we agreed, no letter that i wrote , no refund and no mesage of excuse!!!

Я заказала букет на 8.03, в назначенный день извинились и попросили перенести доставку на 9.03 с 6:00-12:00 Цветы до сих пор не получили Я прошу отменить заказ они не отвечают.

No body answer and i could not find my order

THIS COMPANY IS A FAKE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, FAIL TO DELIVER, CAUSE GREAT UPSET AND ALL ALONG REFUSE TO TAKE ANY COMMUNICATION FROM YOU, ANY CHAT, VIBER, SKYPE PHONE CALL (LANDLINE OR MOBILE). FINALLY AFTER MANY MANY ATTEMPTS TO REACH THEM WHICH ALL FAILED, I DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND SENT THEM CHATS, EMAILS AND VIBER NOTES TO THAT EFFECT. THEY IGNORED ALL OF THEM UNTIL MUCH LATER THEY DELIVERED THE FLOWERS AGAINST MY WISHES, CAUSING AN EVEN GREATER UPSET. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT, YOU WILL BE SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR A REAL LOSS.

1. Failed to deliver a complete Women's Day order. Disappointed Woman! Terrible. 2. Failed to respond to repeated online chat requests and to e-mails, to correct this issue.

NEVER NEVER USE THAT WEBSITE. THEY TOOK THE MONEY, DID NOT DELIVER MY ORDER, I CANT FIND MY ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE, I CANNOT CONTACT TO ANYONE FOR MY PROBLEM
